This new-generation rack and pinion pneumatic actuator integrates global technologies, developed through CAD 3D modeling and optimized design. Features compact, modern aesthetics with advanced materials and innovative manufacturing processes ensure enhanced reliability in quality and performance. Multi-specification options ensure cost-effectiveness. Fully complies with latest international standards (ISO 5211, ASME B16.34) to meet current and future demands.
· Rack and pinion dual-piston symmetrical design ensures rapid smooth operation, high precision and large output. Reverse rotation achieved by piston repositioning
· Extruded premium aluminum alloy cylinder with hard anodized bore/exterior (Teflon coating optional) for low friction and extended lifespan
· Monobloc design enables easy conversion between double/single-acting via spring addition while maintaining common cylinder/bonnet structure
· Modular pre-loaded spring packs allow safe field adjustment of spring quantity during installation/operation
· Dual independent side adjusters for precise open/close position tuning. Full-stroke adjustment requires extended screws on end caps
· Multi-function position indicator with VDI/VDE3845 & NAMUR slots accommodates accessories: limit switches, positioners, sensors
· NAMUR-compliant air ports for direct solenoid valve mounting
· Composite bushings and guide rings prevent metal-to-metal contact, ensuring low friction and durability
· All fasteners: stainless steel for corrosion resistance
